Information is collected directly from you during membership registration, lounge check-ins, reservations, marketing signups, in-person visits, and direct contact with our team. We also collect website usage information automatically when you visit our sites, through cookies and analytics tools.

Marketing emails are sent only to individuals who have provided prior consent through member registration, OpenTable, or a website signup form. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in any marketing email.

Part 2: SMS Terms & Conditions

Program Description

Henry's Cigar Lounge operates an SMS program to send text message notifications about upcoming lounge events and member-only updates.

Enrollment

You opt in to SMS messages through member registration or a marketing signup form. Enrollment in the SMS program requires that you be 21 years of age or older and a resident of the United States.

Message Frequency

You can typically expect up to 4 messages per month, though frequency may increase around major events.

Costs

Henry's Cigar Lounge does not charge for SMS messages. Message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent.

Data Handling
